Teenager's Programs

 

If you are a Virginia resident under age 19, you must complete a state-approved driver education program and hold you Virginia learner's permit for at least nine months.

 

Classroom: Consist of 36 (50) minute periods. It includes components about alcohol safety, drivers safety, drug abuse Awareness, donation awareness. This class is required to get a driver's license in the state of virginia. You don't need to have a learner's permit to take this class. Register Online

 

Who need to take this course:

  • Teens and/or adults who have failed 3 attempts at DMV for Learner's Permit.
  • Teens who have not taken the course in High School or home study programs.

 

What do you need to bring on your first Class:

 

  • Learner's Permit (if you have it)
  • Some kind of Id. Passport, military Id, Resident Alien Card, Workers permit.
  • Photocopy of your Learner's Permit (if you have it)
  • Drivers Education agreement filled out and signed by you and Parent/or Guardian if you are under 18 years of age. Classroom ageement
  • Pen, Pencil, and paper.

 

Behind the Wheel: Student's are required to take 14 (50) minute periods. 7 driving and 7 of observation (each class will be 2 periods long). You need your Learner's Permit to take this class. Register Online

 

This 2 programs are required to get your Driver's License if you are under the age of 19.
